Refunds and returns
With every 55mL and 100mL bottle you will receive a 3mL sample, to trial your fragrance before committing. If after trialling your fragrance you decide it doesn’t suit you, we’ll be happy to provide you with a full refund and free return. Refunds are only available for 55mL and 100mL orders, or damaged and/or faulty products.
In order for a refund to be approved, the full size bottle must be unopened and returned to ROEMY within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You are welcome to keep the 3mL sample bottle. To request a refund email firstname.lastname@example.org
