SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard shipping is included on all orders Australia-wide.

Flat rate express shipping is $5 AUD per order.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days from the ROEMY warehouse in Victoria. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your unique tracking number.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Standard shipping: 2 to 8 business days
Express shipping:1 to 4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not ship internationally from Australia, however we are working on introducing international shipping options to you soon. If this is something you’re interested in, please get in touch by emailing info@roemy.com.

Refunds and returns

With every 55mL and 100mL bottle you will receive a 3mL sample, to trial your fragrance before committing. If after trialling your fragrance you decide it doesn’t suit you, we’ll be happy to provide you with a full refund and free return. Refunds are only available for 55mL and 100mL orders, or damaged and/or faulty products.

In order for a refund to be approved, the full size bottle must be unopened and returned to ROEMY within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You are welcome to keep the 3mL sample bottle. To request a refund email info@roemy.com. Please include your order number.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, email our customer care team at info@roemy.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and detailed photos of the parcel and items condition for the report.
